    The solution is to use


    always @(*) f = (v != 0) && ((v & (v - 1)) == 0);


    Someone suggested me to use power_of_two = ^v which is so much simpler.

    Any comment ?

    I have added a polygon covering the entire box region at the GROUND layer.
