  1. Closed: LTspice sim opf Synchronous 2 transistor forward

    Hello,
Do you know why this LTspice simulation of a synchronous 2 transistor forward converter using LTC3705 and LTC3706 won’t even start switching the fets?
    LTspice sim and scm attached

    LTC3705...

    Hi,
On page 11 of L6564 datasheet is paramerter V(ZCDT) ("triggering voltage")
Do you know how likely the 0.5v or 0.9v parts would be to occur in any batch?

    L6564 datasheet...

coaxial probe is just a piece of coaxial cable, with a BNC connector on one end, and the other end you splay out to get you the ground and centre conductor to solder to your circuit.

    You usually...

You may run feedback loop measurements...then imitate a degraded ecap by putting in a smaller one with a resistor in series ...then repeat and see how it goes for phase and gain margin....

i think OP has problem with "pickup" in his scope lead, as many others here have suggested.
You can use a coaxial probe (you have to make it yourself), which doesnt have the ground clip.

you sometimes have vout = 2.9v
    sometimes vout is 12v
Your vin is 10 to 14v
So if i was you i would use a buckboost or coupled sepic

    Closed: Re: Solar panel regulator

yes your panels could give up to 88.7vout, so you need a buck battery charger to go between the solar panel and the battery.
So you just need a step down converter for 50-90vin down to 10-14Vout....
