    Interesting.

I think it's time you posted some pics of your setup. Maybe there are some other obvious issues you have not considered as yet which might come to light with pics.
  2. Closed: Re: Tuning of varicap diode in a magnetic loop antenna based on modulating signal

    Excellent discussion and analysis.
In summary, it seems like a bad idea to try 'widening' the mag-antenna bandwidth by your methods.
  3. Closed: Re: what happens to RF choke while doing ac analysis

I believe it means high impedance at high (relevant) frequencies. Whether by inductance or not.

Usually preferrable by inductance, since DC bias gets affected if it's due to resistance.

I would think - after a quick crosscheck on the web - that resistivity of graphite is of the order of x10, 000 or more as compared to silver. Maybe x100,000. So where a silver-epoxy joint might have...

KlaussT has done it! I concur, there was an error in calculation originally. Now it's fixed. 3.464 amps

Interesting. So you're saying that a PMMC only measures Avg current? Good to know. Learn new stuff everyday.

    Another one !! It's 11.125 amps.

So you AGREE that it's an animation. Like Donald Duck Or Tom n jerry. Point 1 to me.

In an animation anything is possible. Are you saying it might be ice cream? Never seen black ice...

I did that especially to confuse you.

    Actually you're right. I used 4 instead of +/- 4. So 4.828 is correct.

    KlaussT !!!!!

First and foremost - the equation given is for current I, not voltage. So resistance is irrelevant.

Second, the sinewave component requires rms calculation, but not the...

    Re: Transformer and alternator

Okay, let's discuss point by point then.
    1) It's Not really a 'simulation', it's more a graphical representation

    Do you agree?

  14. Closed: Re: ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS Instrumentation

Should be about 3.414 amps. Unless this is a trick question?

I would think that epoxy/ graphite method would add several ohms to the current path. Obviously not desirable for a voltage power source, but may be the easier hence better route to take for some...

    Blades of magnetic flux?
    Twelve magnets?
    Zeropoitnflux?
    What's a 'poitn'?
Where's the North/South poles? Or is it all monopoles?

Closed: Re: Unexpected Chip identifier atmel

There are two obvious reasons why this might happen--
    1) a mismatch between the cpu cofigured in your ICE setup and actual cpu on the target board.
    2) some fault in your connection between ice...

2nd possibility is that ba5104 is bad, but that is unlikely.
  20. Closed: Re: how to set and reset pin in microcontroller

Ok. Let's assume your timer generates interrupt every 100mS.
Now declare a variable as Int or Word (I.e. 16 bits) named Counter.
    Declare another variable as 2-hour-flag.

    In your 100mS isr,...

Rtos is useful when you have many complex realtime events occuring and the 'simultaneous' nature of processing is important.

You seem to have a single LED connected to 7 different I/o pins simultaneously. This is a strange setup.

Please explain why this connection, and also post your code.
