    Impossible.
    There is no closed form expression of input impedance for practical antenna.

    I think nfet you use is standard device or core device.
    It is not RF model.

    Generally RF device is modeled as macro model.
    Surely see your PDK.

    Resuls are same as Spectre, even if you use “T0 (net011 net01 0 0) nfet” in ADSsim.

    Models are completely different.

    Model of FET you use in ADSsim is for specific size FET.
    Also frequency range is reasonably low.

    On the other hand, you use nonlinear model provided as PDK...

    dy(x)/dx=sin(x), dy(x)/dx=exp(x), etc. is linear DE.

    Q(t) or I(t) ; any function of t

    Consider Q(t) or I(t) as stimulus and V(t)...

    I(t)=dQ(t)/dt=C*dV(t)/dt

    Importing as schematic is not needed at all.
    Use spice netlist directly, since spectre can read spice netlist.

    dy1(x)/dx=f(x)
    dy2(x)/dx=f(x)

    d{a1*y1(x)+a2*y2(x)}=(a1+a2)*f(x)

    Sorry, I’m wrong.

    Assume two solutions, y1(x) and y2(x).

    y3(x)=a1*y1(x)+a2*y2(x) also satisfies y3(x)=dy3(x)/dx
