    Also includes Noise Parameters.
  4. Closed: Re: [ADS] ADS simulation not using graphic card memory

GPU acceleration is only available when using the FDTD solver in EMPro. It is not available when using Momentum.

Transient Convolution can also use GPU acceleration.

  7. Closed: Re: Error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist flattening.

This is an issue with the configuration of the PDK Library that you are using. You probably can't fix this directly but ADS has a workaround option for you as suggested in the error message about...

  12. [SOLVED]Closed: Re: Problem with created component when the layout is generated

Everything described here is correct for using a manually drawn layout view to represent a custom device but one step is missing. When you set the Artwork Type to Referenced/fixed Pcell it is...
  13. Closed: Re: S-Parameter can't be changed using S2P format ADS

There is nothing wrong in this case. This is exactly what they are supposed to do. S-parameters are not bias dependent in this way. An s-parameter file is measured data were the measurement are taken...

  17. Closed: Re: ERROR with Momentum simulator: Port x is not inside a conductive region!!

The answer is not to use very old obsolete 32bit versions of software on new 64bit operating systems with multi-core hardware.

  18. Closed: Re: ERROR with Momentum simulator: Port x is not inside a conductive region!!

Your ports are connected to the pins on the inductor using wires. This type of wire is non-physical so would not be recognized by the EM simulation. You need to attach the ports directly to the metal...

You will need to fill in appropriate parameter values for both the BJT and the BJT Model though to suit the device you are modeling.
  21. Closed: Re: ADS Error 'BJT1' is an instance of an undefined model 'BJTM1'

You need to also place a model symbol in the schematic, like BJT_Model. This is where you would define all the necessary model parameters for the device for it to simulate appropriately.
