    Search for EEPROM programmers on eBay.com...There are bunch of cheap ones available from China.
    Make sure the one you buy supports your EEPROM or EPROM chip.

    All you have to do is after typing Lcd_Cmd(_LCD ..... press CTRL+SPACE to open up code assistant.
