  8. Closed: Re: PIC16F877A with GSM SIM900A interfacing problems

The datasheet mentions that module wants TTL levels, not RS232 levels. So you should remove the MAX232 from the circuit and replace it with TTL-CMOS level converters.

  15. Closed: Re: Do i need max232 ic . . ??

Yes, It should because the datasheet of your part says this.

"The module supports one full duplex serial channels UART. the serial connections are at 2.85V LVTTL logic levels"
  16. [SOLVED]Closed: Re: problem in communication with gsm modem and pic

As you are stated the connections seems fine. Check for the GSM module gets proper power and also check for the status LED's which is getting proper signal and then only GSM can able to communicate. ...

Is the interface between your GSM & PIC is through UART communication?
  19. Closed: Re: How to connect two FPGA(Nexys-4 of Artix-7) as one Tx(output) and other Rx(input)

SPI could be good option to communicate between the two FPGA's. Decide one FPGA as Master and another as slave. I guess both FPGA's operates under same clock frequency. So in that case you can use...
