what are the values of components in 230v o/p ups with the same circuit of mini ups system

I think all components are different mini UPS have dc input or AC but for lower currents and dont have inverter configuration. Mini UPS just rectify AC to DC, regulate voltage and put load on battery when needed. 220V UPS have inverter inside to make 220V from 12V or other input battery voltages to high voltage 220V 50Hz when input AC main power cut. There is many different design configuration and components of UPS.

Mini UPS can power smaller devices, such network router, switch, panic light, alarm systems, some sensors, clocks and timers, relay boards, phones,....
UPS can power bigger power consuments from few watts to higher power loads 100W,500W,1000W,2000W,... and up.

UPS have much stronger components then Mini UPS, very often MOSfets, big trafo,.... but there is design variant of usage HF trafo which reduce weight of device, or usage H-Bridge to shape input battery HV wave with steps.

Batteries can be configured in serial link to give high voltage, this will reduce current in system.

You cant compare components between, circuits are different.
