Clearance error in AD7490

After fixing almost all the DRC errors, I'm still getting some clearance errors in AD7490 component. Could you help me solve this?

Looks like the spacing between the pads is not consistent, so check that first. Also they look bigger than necessary.
 
Still got 4 clearance errors in the corners and don't know how to fix them:

Make the pads in the corners a bit shorter so they're further apart. Just 5 thou should do the trick.
