Hello Friends.
I began to teach PIC24,Can I program pic24-p24FJ128GA010
in MPLAB 8.92 using unstruction set of PIC18 family?
In manual p24FJ128GA010 ON PAGE 25 is written that
we can use directly instruction set of pi18 family.
When I tried to use it,but nothing happened.
Can you give me resourses where I can teach family
pic24 in assembler step by step?
Bestregards:Barosov

The manual says, it's designed for backward compatibility, in part by means of macros.

PIC24 has a different register set and operand size, restricting it to PIC18 instructions makes little sense, even if possible.
