I want to change the boot logo on SBC6000 board(from Embest). So how can I do it?

Are you using uboot?

If so, here is a couple of guides explaining HOWTO use your own uboot boot-logo:

Implementing an own boot-logo

How To Change uBoot Boot Logo

I believe the uboot documentation outlines a similar procedure.

And of course you'll have to adapt any of the above guides to your specific board and display.

Yes, you can use Image2LCD to make your own logo. But why sometimes we failed?
Firstly, The logo we mentioned above is shown in uboot. It is some different from logo shown in linux kernel. (The linux kernel mode can modify the logo file in /drivers/video/logo directory )
Secondly, the uboot mode logo can only support 8-bit color mode, so in the Image2Lcd software you need to select this .
Thirdly, about the file format: you only selected the bmp not bin (why the logo file in the cd image is bin? This is because we modified the suffix name of the logo file which would be convenient for the SAM-BA tool to recognize.)
Last, the source bmp file resolution you selected is concered to your output file resolution, your output bmp file resolution should be close to your LCD resolution. For example, if you want to make a logo for 3.5 inch LCD, the output logo file resolution shoule be close to 320x240 piexel. This is very important.

Well, BigDog, what you provide teachs me a lot. And I will try both of your idea. I used uboot and some fit what both of you said.

BigDog, thank you. The website is great. It gives me a lot thing to learn.
