sound generation using ATMEGA microcontrollers

Hi

I need to generate some beep sounds through micro controller with out using an external audio IC,and it is possible to connect the mobile phone head set pins( M+,GND)directly to micro controller to ear that sound,i want to give some feed back through mobile phone.please help me how to do this.

The beep sound is possible with a piezo buzzer which needs only transistorized circuit.
