the address of RTC or any IC is defined by manufacturer.. it is D0 for RTC..

thank you ...

i have another doubt ,what is the addresses of rtc's if we interface more than one RTC to single controller ? what are addresses given to those rtc's ?

Hi,

i did NOT find using more than one RTC in any application, as using of RTC is just to read time from any application.. So only one RTC is enough for any application.. but if you still want to go for multiple RTC then you can connect RTC to different port pins of controller and have seperate SDA and SCL pins as there is no option for using multiple RTC in the device unlike in EEPROM you have address pins A0,A1,A2.. does it clarify your doubt??????
