simcom flash update tool

hello every body
i have a simcom sim300 module when i upload the total flash it uploads successfully but when i download the total flash to module it displays message AREA OUT OF BOUND please help whats problem.
the file version is : 10.0.8(XMST)3010SST34HFP2(2_16)

simcom firmware

Hi. I'm looking also to upgrade several SIM340. Where did you get the hardware tool and software to do that? A bunch of SIM340 don't response to AT command and I want to flash them again to see if they come to live again. Thanks in advance.

I have the version 1008B11SIM300C32_SST34HF3284 of simcom I obtain the 1008B13SIM300C32_SST34HF3284 firmware but I have problem with the Domain service, I can't use this function the B13 have problem with domain GPRS connection, they only connect by IP, you available the B14 version ?? this version fix the problem domain ,can you help me, but if you need the B13 version I can send to you.

while I do not have the exact file asked, I have the

1604B10SIM300M32_SST34HF3284.mot

This was given to me today, and I think it's the newest with solution for the TCP/IP problem I am facing.

I am very new o flashing SIM340, can anyone please guide where I should connect the serial port, is it on standard RX/TX port or RX_Debug/Tx_Debug port.

I am waiting for SIMCOM to reply me.

hi, i have SIM300 V7.03 modules and its revision number is: P1008B01SIM300M32_SST34HF_XMST_2010L_2_25T6, but i am not getting any network status, ring status indication in my board. is i have to update the firmware. if so, how can i update it?

if anyone is having firmware please send it to me. I have sim300 modules but they do not show network lights and they seem to be pre-programmed please tell me how can i do flash update. I tried with above tool and firmware posted in this forum it loads file into RAM but then update automatically stops.. please help me!! swapsan@gmail.com

Dear,

I have upgrade SIM300 module it is successfully upgraded but the problem is old IMEI number is removed from the module and other IMEI number is their the IMEI number is not matched with module, and all modules which i upgraded same IMEI number is their I need to rewrite IMEI number do you have any solution of my problem I am waiting for your reply.
