HI
it's my first time to use IPM(6MBP15rh060) ,and i need to make 3 phase inverter .i use microcontroller to generate 6 pulses shifting by 60 degree , 6N136 optocoupler to interface MCU with IPM , 3 resistance Y connected as a load and VDC =200V . but it didn't work and not give the correct waveform of the output. View attachment REH983a.pdf
1- i use the same circuit as in example page 55 except for 3 resistance Y connected as a load is it any thing i miss?
2- how can i confirm that IPM not damaged? how can i do some test procedure fo IPM?

thanks in advance

It's difficult to confirm the IPM not damaged. But in my experience, when large IGBTs are damaged, they burst with large sounds and lightnings.
You should start with low voltage. I usually start with VDC = 20V or lower from external DC Power supply.
After check all waveforms, increase DC Voltage.

in my 1st experiment on IPM i found some burst sound but i think it from optocoupler i found 3 of them was damaged after replacement i can't confirm IPM damaged or not is it any simple circuit can i test the IPM ? it is little expensive in my country
if i should replace the IPM what is the best module i choose 6MBP15rh060 or IM21400-1 or PM20CSJ060 ?

Sorry, I use only IGBT modules (2in1 module), not IPM. I can't suggest other choise.

I had broken many IGBTs. May be, they turned on simultaneously with surge noise.
But I had never seen that optocouplers of drivers broke.
