Hi Everyone. Nice to meet you all
I need transistors for broadband power amplifier. Working frequency is from 6 to 9 GHz. Power out is about higher than 10dbm. Anyone know the kind of transistor please tell me.
THank you for your reading

have a look on the Eudyna www site, Ther specialise in uWave transistors

Avago, Mimix(Macom), etc. Maybe you can search distributed amplifier.

Thank you all

Hi all,
I am searching for a 10W (40dBm) PA IC.
Kindly suggest me the best available PA ICs in the market.
My requirement in that PA IC should not have complex impedance matching, 1GHz of freq band operation
& exhibits good return losses.

Kindly share some good application notes too based on designing of Good High Power Amplifier Boards.

Regards,
Rajan

Hi,

Any comments on the performance of Triquint's "Power Band" range of RF power amplifier ICs.
As per triquint these devices has wideband application and provides single impedance matching over the wideband.
Kindly give ur comments plz.

Regards,
rajan

try RFMD they have GaN transitor that working at your f band
