help to calculate widthss in Comparator

View attachment comparator.doc
here i want to know the widths of the transistors in that comparator...that comparator will be used in 6 bit flash ADC ....for 180nm tech ...here Vref is 1 v..
Vdd is is 1.8......here also the clock frequency is 1 GHz .. and Vin is 20 MHz with 1.8 amplitude......pls help me to find out the widths of the CMOS latch based comparator . In the SR latch automatically the CMOS widths will be out.....

Here the width of that same comparator for 90nm is given in another paper but 90nm is not available in our lab

widths/length ratios are for 90nm are
M1 = 5.6
M2=M3=2.94
M6=M7=0.24
M8=M9=1.18

here the PMOS part is the differential Circuit and NMOS part is the regenerative part

pls help me i have to submit this in 15 days...

Your drawing is messed up in Writer.

It's a reason why using png images.

the drawing is incomplete as I can see it.
For me its complete. However, here's the PNG for you:

@rajshekar: Why don't you simply take the 90nm W/L ratios as a starting point, and analyze the correspondent 180nm design?

well i tried but i got 230mv offset error.........i want to reduce the error because when iam simulating the whole circuit ...out puts are not coming correctly
for 180 i took width twice of the 90nm .......
