The network consists of a single cell OFDMA system with radius of 1km,
and a base station located at the centre. A total of 1000
independent channel realizations should be used,
with users being randomly dropped within the cell for each snapshot.
The system should have 32 subcarriers,
each with a bandwidth of 10 KHz,
and channels experiencing log-normal shadowing with standard deviation of 10 dB and Rayleigh fading with unit average power.
