How to use spectre for MOS component parameter variation

ucox cadence

Can anyone help me to figure out how to plot Vth versus L i.e. MOS threshold voltage variation versus channel length for different channel lengths. How can I do this in cadence spectre ?
I can run the DC analysis but how do I plot out the values on the wave viewer ?

In Analog Artist, you may add an output expression
OP("/M1" "vth")
to plot the vth of M1.

Thanks. Is this method good for other cases as well example if I were to plot uCox versus Id I can do OP("/M1" uCox) to plot the uCox variation of M1 ?
 

No, you cann't use 'uCox" because uCox is not a opterating point. You may choose menu "Results / Print / DC operating point" from "Analog Artist Simulation" window, then select a device in schematic window, a list of opterating points will be displayed. You may use names in that window.
 

I have found out that you can basically plot any transistor parameter versus sth else by using the calculator, then choose MP, click on the particular instance of transistor then choose what parameter you want to plot, there is a whole bunch of them like 80 or so, export expression from calculator to output setup and plot, thanks
