I was wondering if it is feasable to make a Wein bridge oscillator that adjusts between 10kHz and 300kHz, using a dual gang 100kohm pot and 160pF caps for the feedback / frequency determining circuit.

What does this mean? Didn`t you try to find out why ?
Of course, such a circuit called WIEN oscillator works - if it is designed properly.
For a safe start of oscillations the gain of the opamp with negative resistive feedback must be slightly larger than three (e.g. 3.1).

But - don`t be surprised: The output will be a clipped sinusoidal voltage, unless you add a suitable amplitude stabilization mechanism.
