hi everyone ,how much max resolution that can achieve with pipelined adc in 0.18cmos?can it great than 15bit?:?:
 

I don't think so，actually，it is always about 12-14bits

I have seen 16-bit designs with pipeline ADCs (the actual performance being around 14 bit ENOB). It really depends on the speed you want to achieve.
