This link is very useful..

Thanks

After going through the book on Antenna, try to build and test any one of the antenna that you learnt about. In that way you will much more confidence.

Thanks a lot for your reply!

What kind of prerequisites do I need to study on Antenna Engineering?

For a fundamental build-up of antenna theory, nothing beats Antenna Theory by Constantine A. Balanis.
Amazon.com: Antenna Theory: Analysis and Design, 3rd Edition (9780471667827): Constantine A. Balanis: Books

You'd better have a good handle on fundamental electromagnetics, because Balanis starts with basic E and H fields and develops it all from scratch.

Most colleges teach a fundamental electromagnetics class in your 3rd or 4th year. Those classes are key to going into a basic antenna theory class.

Before that, all core undergrad EE coursework, including calculus (up to 3 dimensions), a class in ordinary differential equations, basic EM field theory classes, fundamental EE courses such as dealing with time domain and frequency domain analysis of circuits and signals.

I am a sophomore student in Electronicss Engineering. I want to do academic research about this antenna engineering with one of my professor. I took calculus classes. We started differential equations. By now, for EM, Could you share some websites, or books, or textbooks?
