Cannot find file,edit,view, tabs in orcad schematic

Hi strange as it may seem but I really Cannot find file,edit,view, tabs in orcad schematic.Basically its the whole upper part of the schematic file.Its basically the Pspice A/D file.the whole toolbar above has disappeared and I dont know how to get it back.I tried quite a few things but am afraid whether I do some more damage.Can sm1 suggest how I can find those tabs.its very urgent
 

hi...tray the key word from your key board alt+f,alt+v,alt+e might be you will get that..
