All guyes,
I want to study designning the RF circuits, may be you can do as a guide for me?Thanks!

Which frequency? Anyway I rhink MWO is faster, easier and very accurate. You can use it from circuit design to layout

You mean PCB layout or MMIC layout or RFIC layout ??

pcb layout!
Modern PCB layout softwares are capable to draw RF layout shapes such as copper pour, via stich, ground planes etc.
But if you want to draw very accurate microstrip lines, sheet filters, precise lines for very high frequencies above 10 GHz with micron scaled layouts etc. you may use ADS or Microwave Office.
Because drawing for instance a spiral inductor or very precise sheet filter, coplanar waveguide etc needs accurate drawings. You may also use AutoCAD but it will be very tedious to draw something.
Otherwise Cadence Allegro, Protel, et. al.. are good PCB design packages.
