Interfece between camera and FPGA

Hello

I would one of you help me to start my Masters research.

I have average knowledge in electronics, but my background is in the area of systems analysis, and seek to develop a program in VHDL for face recognition using FPGA and Neural Networks.

To proceguiu the project, need to know how can I connect a camera CCD or CMOS, type these security cameras, on board FPGA.

If you have any examples that would help me a lot.

I appreciate the help already.

hi,
i have never tried in FPGA, but i did like a face recognition tracker in OpenCV using a camera.
if u find some solutions let me also know it, would appreciate.
