How to increase the output impedance of a NMOS current source?

I only know two ways,such as increasing the L of NMOS and using cascode structure,I wonder whether there is more way?

You can try using a different topology, such as Wilson or Widlar current mirrors.
Or just a simple cascode.

There are also methods involving series feedback, the most common being source degeneration. Look for example also for regulated cascode.
Of course cascoding is essentially series feedback too.

thanks, sharonma, but I think Wilson is the same as cascode when refer to output impedance.
