i made a 89 series programmer for sunrom , but i face a problem ,
the (proload ) read the programmer but it didn't erasing , i want to know what is the problem i gussied that the problem in the zinner (5.6 , 12 v) but please i wanna to know what is the voltage in the nomial case befrore erasing at zinners

comment: sometimes the proload can't dectect the chip , please i want the solution quickly

measure the voltage at your power source coming in to the programmer.

Should be at least 13.5V.

Ahh..i was about to suggest you the same. The two 547 and 557 are totally different. One is NPN and other is PNP. Cross check wether you have not used 557 in the 547's place ot soldered in reverse directions. After all you get the schemtaic of Sunrom programmer. Just refer it and see why are you not getting 12 volts. Cheers and good luck.

so the problem sure in the zinner diode , are u agree with me???
or u suggest another thing, any way really thank u for ur kindly.

Most of the times the problem is wrong connections, short circuits & improper soldering.

Check, double check the hardware
