VLSI-research

Can any one suggest a new topic for research purpose in VLSI.i am 3rd year B.Tech ECE......i can manage any grade of topic even if its higher than my level

take a look at the latest research areas in this field..google and u will find many of then

Perhaps the biggest issue plaguing VLSI design right now is timing. As electronics get smaller and faster, timing and propagation delay become a greater problem. Even the best simulators out there (e.g. **broken link removed**; verilog; etc), don't have an answer yet.

This is a rich and very current topic.
