tsmc 90nm spice tech file

Hi


Does anybody has tsmc 90nm spice tech file?
I need it to convert my verilog netlist (from SOC Encounter) to spice netlist, using v2s program.
How can I get it?

Actually, I have worked with this technology in SOC enconter. and I need a tech file which encludes the definition of these modules (in tsmc90) in spice.

you may use from the .scs files in gpdk for simulation purposes only too.
