I am designing an inverted F antenna and am looking for some guidelines for dimensions. I have found a number of articles analyzing their performance but not many that relate to the actual design of the antenna. Links to articles/attachments would be greatly appreciated.
 

Have you read Kin Lu Wong? His books are wide spread in the internet. Find his "Planar antenna" and "compact and broadband microstrip antenna".
