How to assemble two PCB?

Hi all,

Please help me to assemble two printed circuit boards. I need to assemble 2 PCB as in attached file, but I do not know what I should do. I attend to use bond but just wonder what kind of bond i should use which does not affect to the PCB electrically. I mean the PCB will work independently, just assemble in geometry.

I think you should use soldering leads coming from one PCB to another and glue to fix small PCB to anather

Actually You might be seen that glue in some CFL tube circuit holding electrolytic capacitors i don't know exact name but you will easily get it on nearby Local Electronics market

Besides of glue you can connect two PCB's by soldering 'L' shape leads from one
board to another PCB board

better solder the leads to the pcb and glue the entire pcb with gluegun

I am very much thankful to Ganesh and rajudp for value suggests. I am going to buy glue (maybe gluegun) to assemble PCBs. Hope them work well. :D

How to assemble two PCB?

Hi Le,
You can select basically between two sort of glues:
1, elastic_applyed with "glue-guns"
2, starr glues as some Epoxyd product
If your application is to glue/fix "for ever", I belief is an Epoxy product the best way and it does no effect for your PCB/electronics, because a Printed plate is the same epoxy to end!:)
It is in all cases better if you will montage some 2-3 or 4 small "-profiles" to become more strong stability... They are to solder/bond(gluing) onto the basic PCB.
