hello people !
Does Xilinx spartan XC3S500E -4FG320 support VHDL-AMS.
i am trying to use VHDL-AMS for VCO but the Modelsim and Xilinx ISE 10.1 webpack doesnot support it ? please help me find the solution.

NO...AMS is not supported by any of he xillinx tools...

how is it possible to snthesize VHDL -AMS in Xilinx spartan 3E board??
Does this board support VHDL-AMS??

No xillinx FPGAs (and I doubt if there is any other FPGA) supports VHDL AMS for design.

AMS is a modeling language. You won't be able to synthesize it, into any target.
