phase noise formula

Does anyone know how to develop the expression for Lesson's formula??
I'm looking for the reference,but I can't find..

leeson phase noise

Hi,

to my knowlwdge, it is an empirical law for modelizing oscillator noise, that extends the theoretical spectrum.
The attached paper will help you. Reference [2] in the paper is the original Leeson paper.
