I need to study in detail about 8051 internal architecture , please some one
suggest me a good book or study material, or else downloading link,thanks in advance

Assalamo Allykum !

There are two books on 8051 that start from the BAsics and very useful for the Beginners.

"The 8051 Microcontroller and Enbedded System" By Muhammad Ali Mazidi.

and 2nd one is by AYALA, but unfortunately I have forget its name.
