making a 1uh coil

I am looking for the air coil inductor between 1uH ~100uH with sustaining 2A and operating until 50MHz(SRF) for power amplifier with MRF136. For this case, I think the chip air coil inductor is not available so I need to purchase the big size wound coil inductor.

The picture is the product of FM power amplifier with MRF136 but the company did not provide vendor lists at all. 3 coil inductors with red color are shown below.

Could you please recommend any manufacturers ?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Chris

air coil vendors

I also knew coilcrafts and unfotunately cws is not located in USA.

If you know another company, please let me know.

Thank you.

No. I think it is exactly same one.

I don't know what kind of material I can buy this to make it. This is manually made.

Thank you

I am so wondering I need to buy this coil to make it manually. Which company do you recommend to buy this coil ?

Thank you

I am not sure I understand you right. To buy something you need to know what it is. In your case you need to know vendor and part number. If you want to make the same coil by yourself you need to do reverse engineering on this part. It may be illegal, depends on your particular circumstances.

No. I think it is exactly same one.
I just mentioned, that it's absolutely impossible to achieve 100 uH with a few windings air coil inductor. I wonder where you got the idea?

You stated to know the coilcraft products, however, you apparently didn't read their specifications. You can see, that coils of similar construction have inductances clearly below 1 uH. That's O. K. for respective applications. Apart from manufacturers data, there are empirical formulas in RF handbooks for air coil inductance.

Alternatively, you can get a spring coil with a ferrite core, it can achieve a few uH.

I don't know what kind of material I can buy this to make it.
The spring coils are simply wound from usual insulated magnet wire, preferably a solderable type. For prototyping, they can be hand-made easily.
