Hello,

I have been thinking for a while to come up with a clever solution.

I have a mini current source that produces around 0.5V. The output is in the order of µA. I would like to boost the voltage to 1.6V.

Can this be easily done?

An idea :

Thanks. Does anyone else have a different idea?

I do not know of a charge pump that works at that level. Do you have anything particular in mind?
