helical antenna design

I'm proposing to design a 100MHz helical antenna and I don't know to find the center frequency.

Is there any good reference or manual for this antenna?

Chapter 12.
 

Given a helical coil with parameters below:
a-radius of the coil
b-inner radius of a wire
s-spacing b/w turns
n-turn
h- height of the coil

How can I determine the effective inductance and effective capacitance
of the coil?

Is there any formula or reference?

The link above is helpful but I still cant find the effective inductance and capacitance of a 100MHz helical coil. I need those two parameters for finding the resonant freq of the antenna.

Can anybody help?

try "Antennas" J. Kraus there is a wealth if information on spirals in his book. More can be found in Corzine and Mosko.

Could someone send me a matlab code to plot the pattern radiation of helicoidal antennas?
