Wigle (LPT interface) is the good choice but may be use bootloader via COM (ADuC70xx, . . . ).

How about your environment, i mean the chips (ARM chips), the editor/compiler (IDE), debugger and etc?

Hi,

I'm Second with IAR Systems free Compiler.Up to 32k code limit (more than enough for usual use) and excellent performance.this their site : https://www.iar.com

Type WinARM in google for software.

If you want to program a board using a cheap method, use flash magic from philips and a serial link.

For a debugger use the previous message.
