creating jar files with eclipse for c++ source code

1- Plz, I want to ask if one can create a jar file with eclipse. But the source code is written in c++. Is the jar file is common for both java and c++ compilers in the Eclipse.

No a jar file is a zipped collection of java classes, what U can do is translate the C++ code to java (if appropriate) code and recompile.
