can you help me estimate the inductance and resistance?

in a QFN 48 pin package, do you know its estimated inductance of the down bond wire? It's circled in the picture.

Ask Amkor. Or use FastHenry from Fastfieldsolvers to calculate it exactly from a 3D model.

I even used QFN24, and the inductance of down bond wire is about 0.5nH.
Buf for ditail, you must inquire the package provider.
