hi, how to implement cmos circuits in matlab (req), please give me suggestions, give me useful papers or journals or ieee or text books, thanx.

ohm...actually,i don't understand what you mean.

Behavioral model in simulink? or something else?

Matlab doesn't support transistor level simulation. You can do this in Spice, ADS, or Cadence instead.

no, matlab coding we can do for transistor, first we must implement MOS transistor in matlab, the we have to use that transistor for rest of the circuit. please give me some more suggestions.

ravitest,

Yes. If you can build the MOS transistor model in matlab, maybe you can do some simulation. But it should be a very tedious work to build a MOS transistor model in matlab as that of BSIM3, which is already provided by the foundry. Otherwise, you should build a simulator that analyizes your circuit to give the time domain or frequency domain response. It's a very complex work!

Semicoductor foundry provides you the MOS device model and the CAD vender provide you the simulator, so you needn't do this work by yourself.

I think you can do behavioral simulations, you can try for that.

how to do behavioral simulations in matlab. if u have useful papers, please give me.

Not all the circuits can do behavioral model simulations.
