I want to see output impedance of an amplifier.
I know the method.. result->print->1/gds

But I heard that there is xf analysis in spectre like .tf in hspice.

And I tried xf analysis, but I didn't get correct data.
Please help me.

Just I want to know the output impedance.

1. How to make the scheme for measurement?
2. How to setting the xf analysis window?
3. Where I probe to see the result?

Thank you.

XF is very usefull for CMRR and PSRR characterization.
Output impedance u are able to easy obtain using AC analysis. Just put AC voltage source (e.g. 1V) with 0V DC in series with output of amplifier.
Measure AC voltage at ouput and Ac current flow though output:
Zout=Vout/Iout

P.S. Generally when you simulate OpAMP u should use circuit that compensate offset of amplifier. I don't see such in your setup. Try to search topics about on the forum.
