motorola power supplies reference manual
many datasheets and application notes and design examples from Fairchildsemi.com and powerint.com

thse are most current and perhaps better than text book

Power supply cookbook by Marty Brown
OR
Practical Switching Power Supply Design by Martin Brown
AND
Switchmode power supply handbook by Kieth Billings
