Looking for a HV NPN in a small case

Does anyone know active part NPN high Vce0 in small case. Desired is 1kV in smallest case possible. So far I found 900V, TO-126 KSC5042M from Fairchild.

Try the BUJ303A or the BUT11APX from NXP. The first is a SOT78 package and the second is a TO220F. Both are rated for 1kv and 5A.

BUJ303A has VCB0 of 1000 and VCE0 of 500 V, the said Fairchild type in contrast has 1500V VCB0. I doubt, if you find a better type.

ST has STP03D200 with 1200V VCB0, but's it's darlington in TO220 case.
