Dear all:
In CML divider or CS amplifier , load can be Res or MOS .
Which one will sensitive suffer from power supply noise ?

thanks .

In CML driver, the load is 50ohm at each branch. So, resistor is the best choice for the impedance matching, but when it comes to noise effect, resistor does contribute to higher noise as the value is only 50ohm, noise= 4kT/R.
