I am looking for GPS structure. So I need information for a simple GPS with separated send & receive system for only coordinate's usage.

You need to buy a generic GPS receiver. GPS unit you is just a receiver, it does not transmit any thing, it needs to be interfaced with GSM/Other modems for transmitting the cooordinates.

The cost for single standalone GPS is between 25-90$. You may procure this directly from the manufacturers. Check SiRF website for some details
