How to test flash ADC ?

I have designed a ADC (flash) now i want to check the ADC specification. What are all test i have to apply and how................is there any site or PDF availiable for this analysis

I am also working on same but mine is TIQ.It is going to be fabricated.Here i am attaching one testing file i have got.I have not tried,still i am in designing part.Please share your work,we can clariffy our doubts, reach me at rajashekar333@gmail.com
