I hope to learn scripting in order to automate the FPGA design...

Which one should i go for?

What is the advantages for each one?

Thanks.

Hi

Remind two problems:

1. Perl has most power in algorithm, support and ease of implementation.
2. TCL has most power in multi-OS or multi-platform GUI for EDA Tools, and cross tools glue language

tnx
