Please does any one know GEMS sovler for bandgap calculation?
If any, could any one get me a link to download it?
 

hi loucy,do u have any tutorials about using ebg in GEMS .i already have tutorials from GEMS but not contain ebg model

In the same website (https://www.2comu.com/) you can find OpenGEMS, which is an open source free FDTD solver. Unfortunately it doen't have the plane wave simulation feature.

GEMS tutorials are vailable in the installation bundle of GEMS or you can download it form the GEMS website.

Can anybody provide an example of simple patch/anything with COAX feed simulated in GEMS
