Thank you guys for all the responses, I had so many problems with interference in the input stage at high frequencies... I was really getting close to something workable when I found an old used 20 Mhz Scope for les than 100 usd, I just went ahead and bought it. My scope project never really woked that well at frequencies over 1Mhz but anyway I lerned a lot of programming and design in the process.

The chips used in the display are: ks0108 + ks0107
So if your Nokia LCD has compatible chips, it will work.

osciloscope with pic

MCP6S26 is an 32kB EEPROM with SPI-interface. You can use an EEPROM from an
other chipmaker. The memory is just for svaving and viewing saved samplings.
So, it is not necessary to use one.
But if you have one, you can transfer the data to my (expremental ver.)boottalker and then view the waves on the computer screen. I could mail you this version.

About the Eagle files, I don't give them away, sorry.
